Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Handle all regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for the organization.
Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances from authorities as required for various projects and operations.
Maintain accurate documentation related to regulatory filings, licenses, and correspondences.
Represent the company at meetings, hearings, and other official events as required.
Build and nurture professional relationships with external agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
Proactively resolve issues related to government regulations and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of applications and reports.
Keep updated on changes in government policies, rules, and regulations affecting the business.
Provide regular updates to management on liaisoning activities and compliance status.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in liaisoning, preferably within the [industry, e.g., EPC, solar, etc.] sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and government processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
