Role Overview:

The Cluster Investor Manager will be responsible for managing all investment activities within a specific zone, ensuring investor satisfaction, meeting investment targets, and growing the company’s investment portfolio. This role demands exceptional relationship management, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investor Management:

    • Onboard and manage relationships with potential and existing investors within the assigned zone.
    • Provide personalized investment advice to investors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Address and resolve investor queries promptly and effectively.
  2. Portfolio Management:

    • Oversee the investment portfolios for clients, ensuring optimal returns.
    • Track and analyze portfolio performance and provide regular updates to investors.
    • Identify opportunities for portfolio diversification and growth.
  3. Business Development:

    • Drive new investments by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to attract new investors.
    • Develop strategies to expand the investor base in the assigned zone.
  4. Market Insights:

    • Conduct market research to stay updated on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall investment performance.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and transactions.
    • Generate detailed reports on investment performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in investment management, wealth management, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment products.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and financial software.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
