Role Overview:

The Cluster Liability Manager will be responsible for managing liability-related activities within a specific zone, including acquiring, maintaining, and growing the liability portfolio. The role requires expertise in building strong client relationships, achieving liability targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and onboard high-value liability clients within the designated cluster.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Provide personalized financial solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  2. Liability Portfolio Management:

    • Drive growth in the cluster's liability portfolio, achieving predefined targets.
    • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, ensuring a balance between growth and risk.
    • Ensure retention of high-value clients and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  3. Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow the liability business in the assigned zone.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative products and services.
    • Drive campaigns and initiatives to attract new liability clients.
  4. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all liability management activities comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in liability management, banking, or related financial services.

    • Strong understanding of financial products, liability management, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial tools and CRM software.
