Role Overview:
The Cluster Liability Executive will play a key role in managing and growing the liability portfolio within an assigned cluster. The role requires client acquisition, retention, and achieving liability targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and onboard liability clients in the assigned cluster.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.

Liability Portfolio Growth:
- Drive growth by achieving monthly and quarterly liability targets.
- Maintain a balance between risk and growth while expanding the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote and market liability products.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all client onboarding and transaction processes comply with regulatory and organizational policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and liability transactions.
- Generate periodic performance reports and submit them to the Cluster Manager.

Market Research and Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior in the assigned cluster.
- Provide actionable insights to improve liability management strategies.

Customer Support:
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Enhance the overall client experience through exceptional service.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in liability management, banking, or financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial products and liability management processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and financial software.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
